This course run by Wiley is intended for internal Human Resources along with Learning and Development professionals who want to develop a deeper level of expertise in Everything DiSC® Workplace and customise Everything DiSC to meet the needs of organisations they work with.
DiSC® Essentials
Self-directed learning - 2- 3 hours. DiSC Essentials provides foundational knowledge of DiSC® and an overview of the Everything DiSC suite of reports. This will help you choose and facilitate the most suitable DiSC solutions for your needs. The course takes place every Wednesday - simply enter your preferred Wednesday (the day before is usually too late) in the box provided. NB this can be changed following placing your order

While certification is not required to bring Everything DiSC Workplace to your organisation, completing a certification course signifies a proven capability and expertise in Everything DiSC profiles and research.
The certification course helps facilitators become more confident and competent in using engaging content about the DiSC® model. It provides strategies for delivering a customized learning experience and offers insights for handling difficult classroom situations.
Participants will not only gain the credentials and expertise needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace but also gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC. This certification program will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to create a truly impactful training program.
By completing the Everything DiSC® Certification, SHRM credential holders can earn 20 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, participants from other professional organisations can request a letter from Wiley. This letter confirms course completion, provides course information, and specifies the number of hours spent on the course. You can then use this letter to apply for CEUs at other professional organisations. While it cannot be guaranteed credit acceptance, it is a great opportunity to potentially earn additional credits and enhance your professional development.
